Day one usually comes down to a quick tour and twelve forgotten names.
Onboarding rarely lives up to its promise: a rushed tour, a pile of documents, and a week of not quite daring to ask where the meeting room is. The information exists, but nobody has time to pass it on in any order.
A QR code trail turns that tour into active exploration. The new starter moves around alone, at their own pace, and remembers what they looked for themselves far better than what was recited to them on the first morning.

No. They type in their first name and play. Only the person building the trail needs an account.

No, the format relies on physically walking around the offices. It comes into its own on the day the new starter comes in.
